Services Provided

Allennella offers coaching and consulting services focused on leadership development, educational strategy, and faith-based guidance. Our coaching and consulting is a partnership designed to help clients identify goals, develop effective strategies, and make meaningful progress. Consulting involves advising on organizational systems, strategy, and leadership practices.

Allennella also provides coaching support for athletic teams, coaches, and team culture development as part of our leadership strategy work.

Public speaking engagements may include keynote addresses, workshops, training sessions, or sermons delivered in person or virtually. These engagements are tailored to the client’s needs and may consist of audience interaction, presentation materials, or Q&A sessions as agreed upon.

Nature of Coaching

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. It is future-oriented and goal-driven. Clients are fully responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the coaching process and thereafter.

Confidentiality

All personal and professional information shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless:

Required by law,
With written client consent
If there is a risk of harm to self or others.

Session Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours may result in a forfeited session or full charge.
Sessions start and end on time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due before the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Package pricing and retainers are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

Refund Policy

Coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once delivered. Prepaid sessions may be refunded within 30 days, minus a 10% processing fee if unused.
Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded upon request within 30 days, minus a 10% processing fee.
Refunds are not issued for lack of progress if the client fails to engage fully in the process.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Show up (online or in person) on time and be fully present.
Take responsibility for their decisions, actions, and follow-through.
Be honest about their goals, limits, and challenges.
Complete any agreed-upon work between sessions.

Coach/Consultant Responsibilities
Allennella commits to:

Providing honest, professional, and personalized support.
Maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
Communicating clearly and providing tools for success.

Rescheduling and Termination

Either party may reschedule or end the coaching/consulting relationship with written notice.
The coach/consultant may terminate services if unethical behavior, non-payment, or repeated no-shows occur.
For public speaking engagements, cancellations by the client less than 14 days before the event may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed speaking fee. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability, but is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers

No outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on client engagement, effort, and external variables.
Allennella is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes related to coaching or consulting advice.

Intellectual Property

Any recordings, slides, or written materials used during a speaking engagement remain the property of Allennella unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All materials provided during coaching or consulting are the intellectual property of Allennella and may not be duplicated or distributed without written consent.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Kansas govern these terms. Any legal disputes will be handled per Kansas state law.
