From classrooms to boardrooms, pulpits to prisons, Chuck's career is marked by a unique breadth of experience. He is an accomplished educator, executive leader, former Division 1 student-athlete, and the founder of several successful for-profit and nonprofit corporations.
A dynamic and award-winning leader, Chuck has spent over three decades empowering students, guiding nonprofits, equipping ministry leaders, and restoring broken systems. His journey, from teaching in elite suburban schools to launching innovative youth programs in under-resourced neighborhoods, has been driven by a simple but powerful purpose: to help people. Whether mentoring kids in juvenile detention, encouraging students in urban communities to persevere, or quietly giving what he can to someone in need, Chuck lives by his motto, “Love Each Other.” At every step, his work is fueled by a deep desire to see people grow, heal, and find hope.
As the founder of Allennella Consulting, Chuck now partners with educators, executive leaders, and athletic programs to restore culture, prevent burnout, and build sustainable pathways forward. His work is grounded in deep personal experience and a rare ability to lead with both compassion and clarity. Whether speaking at a conference, training a leadership team, or coaching an educator, Chuck brings insight that inspires action and creates lasting change.

These roles transformed Chuck's life and prepared him to help reshape yours.

Chuck taught at the juvenile detention center and everything changed!

He taught in the wealthiest district in Kansas. Then, God moved him back to the inner city.

Chuck returned home and founded an organization that has served thousands of students and families.
Chuck spent 16 years in pastoral ministry, serving four years as a youth pastor and 12 years as a lead pastor.

Teaching at Lansing Prison reminded him that no life is too far gone to be turned around.

Chuck returned to public education and was nominated Teacher of The Year. Then God turned things around, again.
